Quantity Surveyor Role
This role is a cost management position within the team. The primary responsibilities include pre-contract cost planning, bills of quantities production, and post-contract interim recommendations. In addition to these tasks, there will be opportunities for specialist work in technical due diligence on proposed developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management with knowledge of ARM and BOQs preparation;
* Chartered status preferable but working towards it is acceptable;
* Familiarity with construction projects including site visits.
