Job Title: HR Generalist
This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, providing support to employees across Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR queries, managing administrative tasks, producing management information, participating in policy development, and maintaining the HR System. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years solid HR experience, particularly in absenteeism and/or disciplinary management. A HETAC level 8 Degree in HR or a third-level qualification in HRM and/or a CIPD qualification is required. Experience with Workday and TMS systems is preferable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
