Cpl Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator to support a HRIS Implementation Project for a permanent role with a leading engineering company based in Dublin West. The ideal candidate will have strong HR analytics experience, ideally gained within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment. ResponsibilitiesRequired: *Assist with data preparation and cleansing for migration into the new HR system. *Support user acceptance testing (UAT), log issues, and maintain project documentation. *Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and provide feedback on system usability. *Maintain and update employee records in both legacy and new HR systems during transition. *Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation for hires, changes, and leavers. *Support administration of benefits, leave, and absence tracking. *Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate liaison. *Prepare and validate HR reports, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation. *Act as a first point of contact for HR system queries during rollout and provide employee support.
