About your New Employer:Our client is a part of the entertainment industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Manager who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting ASAP.This role would start fully onsite during the probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model (with flexibility to work onsite as needed).About Your New Role:Provide guidance to employees and managers in the application of HR policies and practicesManage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from building job specifications, interviewing, scheduling, coaching hiring managers etc.Organise the onboarding process ensuring a smooth induction processManage employee relations cases and provide advice to managers for disciplinary matters as needed.Assist with performance evaluations and employee engagement initiativesProactively review and make updates to HR policies and procedures in response to legislative or organisational changesEnsure compliance with GDPR standardsGather and monitor data across all facets of HR including absence, headcount, attrition and recruitmentCollaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputSupport employee engagement, wellness and diversity and inclusion initiativesEnsure all HR documentation and files are current and compliant with legal standardsWhat Skills You Need:4+ years' experience in an HR management roleUndergraduate degree in a related disciplineCIPD qualification / membership is desiredKnowledge of HR policies and practicesWorking knowledge of Irish employment legislationStrong attention to detailWhat's on Offer:Competitive compensation packageBe a part of an established HR team
