Role
You'll be joining a collaborative, studio-based team that blends conservation expertise with modern architecture.
The successful candidate will play a key technical role across new build and refurbishment projects, working on everything from heritage restorations to large-scale civic developments.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
Manage and deliver projects through all stages with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants in a supportive studio environment
Attend client meetings and liaise directly with stakeholders as needed
Contribute to ongoing BIM and digital design development within the practice
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an architectural practice (Irish experience essential)
Strong technical ability and a passion for detailing
Proficiency in Revit and confident working within BIM workflows
Excellent communication skills with a personable, client-facing manner
Full driving licence is an advantage
Based in or able to commute to Cork (five days in-office required)
