The role
PE Global is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a dynamic and fast-paced role. The position involves managing a high-volume ledger across multiple sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, and public sector clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our offices in Little Island, Cork.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee debtor collections.
* Ensure prompt recovering of overdue invoices.
* Engage with both external customers and internal teams to resolve queries effectively.
* Daily debtor receipt allocations.
* Customer account reconciliations.
* Identify and address payment discrepancies and disputes.
* Report to senior management on ledger statuses and updates.
* Ad hoc duties, as required.
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Excellent computer and excel skills are a requirement, Advanced Excel preferable.
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medium – Large Company Environment.
* Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Self-driven, motivated, and highly organised individual.
* An effective team player, who demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to completion of tasks.
