Key Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier queries, orders, pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Set up, manage, and maintain the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Raise and maintain purchase orders for the maintenance function using internal systems.
* Liaise with contractors regarding mobile plant servicing, breakdowns, and schedules.
* Maintain maintenance records including job cards, service logs, weekly checks, and reporting.
