Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Limerick. As a key member of our surveying department, you will play a vital role in the delivery of large-scale projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Associate Director - Surveying in ensuring successful project commercial aspects. This includes procurement, appointment and management of specialist contracts through to final account agreement. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate monthly progress accounts, supporting the preparation and assessment of interim and final valuations for progress payments. In addition, you will collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and cost overruns.
