Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our front-of-house team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Greet all guests warmly and assist them with their luggage and belongings.
* Help guests store, collect, and deliver their luggage and other items.
* Provide assistance to attendees at on-site events and conferences.
* Deliver newspapers, messages, and errands to guest rooms.
* Transport guests' vehicles safely to and from the hotel car park.
* Offer direction and support to hotel guests as required.
* Ensure authorized individuals only have access to the building.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house areas.
* Courteously interact with chauffeurs, taxi drivers, tour guides, and couriers while keeping the front desk organized.
* Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently.
* Stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and facilities to provide accurate information confidently.
The successful candidate will:
* Have prior experience in a four- or five-star hotel's Front Office or Concierge Department.
* Be motivated to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
* Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Be knowledgeable about Dublin city and its surroundings.
* Have previous experience providing exceptional guest service.
* Work well as part of a team.
* Enjoy interacting with guests and communicate effectively with them.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
* Be genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Be computer literate and familiar with Opera or similar systems.
This role requires flexibility and shift work. A valid driver's license is an asset.
