A globally recognised and hugely successful firm is hiring a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations during a busy period. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 1-2 years experience and looking to gain hands on experience in a busy and fast paced finance function.
Key responsibilities
Manage a central finance/billing inbox, triaging queries and keeping turnaround tight
Process supplier invoices and supporting documentation; ensure correct coding and approvals
Post transactions and invoices to the finance system and maintain clean records
Review and approve employee expense claims in line with policy; handle out-of-pocket/outlay items
Process incoming receipts and outgoing payments and ensure entries are accurately recorded
Support basic reconciliations and ad-hoc finance admin as required
What you'll need
1+ year experience in a busy finance/admin finance role
A third-level qualification in Accounting/Business (or similar)
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must hold an Irish / EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa
