Job Overview
This role involves managing a team in our Outreach service, working alongside a Support Worker, and reporting to the Services Manager.
* Manage the daily delivery of person-centred services
* Supervise staff, maintain rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support plans, and communication
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager
The successful candidate will have a degree in Health & Social Care or equivalent, experience of management and supervising teams, and experience working within a registered service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service
• Supervise staff members, ensuring high-quality care and support
• Develop and implement effective support plans for service users
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
