Product Analyst Role

* Perform product performance baselining, articulate OKRs, and establish product goals in relation to current performance.
* Advocate for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value.
* Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys; analyze this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development.
* Drive prioritization of product features for future releases of one or multiple delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities; maintain documentation (e.g., feature lists, user stories, roadmaps).
* Provide insights and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis on emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to inform direction and roadmap.
* Act as a champion for the MVP approach, focusing on feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
* Balance multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions.
* Lead the development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives.
* Communicate and monitor progress with regular KPI reporting.
To Be Successful:
* Experience launching data-driven digital products or feature releases and articulating product vision aligned with strategic goals.
* Track record conducting field/user research to validate goals and behaviors; use data to inform feature prioritization in line with user needs, and commercial/strategic priorities.
* Good understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
* Experience analyzing market and industry trends and conducting competitor analysis; proficiency with analytics tools and methods.
* Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics and user stories, and managing product backlog.
* Collaborative, with experience working with cross-functional product teams; familiar with agile/scrum methodologies.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with strong time-management skills.
* Self-motivated with independent initiative and creative problem-solving abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives.
