Job Title: Demand Generation Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our sales, marketing, and revenue teams in driving business growth, brand positioning, and market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the annual strategy and budget, leading a small team, and representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events.
About the Role
The role involves:
* Developing and executing the annual sales and marketing strategy and budget
* Leading and motivating the sales, marketing, and revenue teams to achieve growth targets
* Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, client visits, and FAM trips
* Identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of market trends
* Managing relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital marketing agencies
* Overseeing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all channels
* Reporting on sales, marketing, and revenue performance
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* 5+ years experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality sector
* Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality practices and revenue management
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities
* Flexibility to travel for business development and client engagement
* A valid driving licence
* Experience with Hotsoft is an advantage
