About the Role:
Following continued growth throughout 2025, Flynn Estate Agents are now seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator's and Auctioneering & Property Services Apprentices to join our busy and successful offices across Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking to progress their career, and also for an ambitious individual eager to begin a career in property sales. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support will be provided for apprentice candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing sales enquiries and registering new applicants
* Conducting property viewings and carrying out follow-ups
* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing and updating CRM systems and property listings
* Assisting with property marketing and sales progression
* Working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and office targets
* Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full, clean driving licence preferred
* Previous property or sales experience desirable (not essential for apprentice role)
* PSRA licence an advantage, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one
