Job Title: Data Labeling Analyst II – Content Moderation & Quality AssuranceContract: 11 monthsLocation: 100% OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderation and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on an 11-month contract. In this role, you will help train cutting-edge AI models for content moderation, ensure the quality and accuracy of moderation decisions, create golden sets, calibrate vendor sites, and manage vendor relationships.This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your work will have a direct impact on maintaining safe and high-quality user experiences. Please note, this role may involve exposure to potentially graphic or objectionable content, including but not limited to offensive language, graphic violence, self-injury, or other disturbing material.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Moderation Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate vendor moderation decisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies.Golden Set Creation: Develop and maintain golden sets of content to test and calibrate vendor performance.Vendor Site Calibration: Collaborate with vendor sites to identify improvement areas, provide feedback, and implement calibration plans.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, providing guidance, support, and performance metrics.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance moderation processes, workflows, and tools.Data Analysis: Analyze metrics and trends to inform QA strategies and vendor performance.Communication: Collaborate effectively with operations, policy, and leadership teams to align QA initiatives.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing programs to stay current on policies, procedures, and industry best practices.Requirements4+ years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or a related field.Strong understanding of content moderation policies, procedures, and guidelines.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with vendors or external partners preferred.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.Nice to HaveExperience with content moderation platforms and tools.Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for content moderation and QA.Certification in content moderation or a related field.Working ConditionsOffice-based role in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Role may involve exposure to graphic or objectionable content.
