We are seeking senior administrators to join our team in Askeaton, Co. Limerick.
The Roles
These roles are based in a professional office environment. You will join a new administration team within our Knowledge Management Department, providing administrative support to our Engineering, Plant, and Central teams. The role supports hybrid working in line with our policy.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar administrative role. They should be highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* High proficiency in Excel and visual data presentation (training provided)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* A passion for helping people

Responsibilities Include
* Providing administrative support to Engineering, Plant, and Central departments
* Specific responsibilities for each department, such as maintaining electronic libraries, reviewing proposals, managing procurement, organizing inductions, maintaining work instructions, managing outage checklists, supporting knowledge management and learning systems, scheduling secondments, developing training packages, organizing travel, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
* Participating in team meetings
* Managing budgets
* Improving workflows for efficiency
* Coordinating stakeholder communication
* General administrative tasks across groups
