An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Landmark Insurance in Santry, Co Dublin, focusing on insurance services. They are looking to fill this position immediately.
What does the day-to-day in the role involve?
1. Answering inbound sales and customer service calls, emails, and chat.
2. Setting up new client accounts and ensuring documentation accuracy.
3. Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to follow leads.
5. Providing excellent customer service and generating sales.
6. Overcoming objections and closing sales.
7. Handling renewals and processing them.
What experience makes me an eligible candidate for the role?
1. APA or CIP qualified.
2. CPD aligned with Minimum Competency requirements.
3. At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
