Key Responsibilities:
* Design and specify Mechanical Building Services systems
* Continuous quality checks and control of designs and installations
* Development of project scope with the design team and client
* Uphold mechanical design standards within the organisation
* Provide detailed tender packages, analysis and recommendations
* Mentoring of engineering staff
* Forecasting of resources; Engineering, Sustainability and CAD
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
