Payroll Team Lead

Responsible for the day-to-day management of payroll operations, encompassing all aspects of end-to-end processing.

* Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of timely and accurate payroll cycles.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and automation to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
* Develop and maintain effective controls, audits and risk management practices to safeguard payroll operations.

About this role:

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Prior experience as a Payroll Operations Manager or similar role is desirable.
