The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processes, supporting both salaried employees and hourly-paid temporary agency workers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing payrolls for salaried staff and temporary agency workers
* Handling timesheet and clock card submissions
* Managing payroll administration for temporary employees
* Ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations
* Responding to employee and client payroll queries
* Performing benefit-in-kind (BIK) calculations and processing
* Calculating and reporting on annual leave
* Providing payroll support to consultants and managers across the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A payroll qualification or relevant accounting qualification
* A minimum of 2 years' payroll experience
* Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
