At vickerstock, we are working in partnership with a leading industry supplier to appoint a procurement and supply chain specialist. our client provides products resistant to extreme weather conditions, primarily flooding, to customers across various sectors including local authorities and commercial businesses.
as the procurement and supply chain specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the business, working closely with senior management to own the full procurement and stock lifecycle across two sites in ni and gb. this includes sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements, maintaining supplier portals and contracts, monitoring lead times and consolidating orders, collaborating with internal teams, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
