Job Opportunity: Commis Chef
The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of meal ingredients, washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits. They will also prepare fresh sandwiches and soups, set up for lunch and dinner according to the Chef de Partie's instruction, and ensure that food from their station is delivered on time.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or commis chef and/or suitable culinary qualification
* Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification or current student of Culinary Arts
* A genuine passion and interest in food
* Flexibility in working hours
* Good command of the English language
