Leadership Role in Service Alignment
This leadership position is responsible for ensuring service alignment with government and HSE policy. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative-taking skills and be able to work autonomously to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Person in Charge for existing services, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide oversight to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent.
* Level 6 in Management.
* At least 3 years of Supervisory or Management experience.
