This is a true founding-level role: you'll work directly with the founding team, own major systems end-to-end alongside the CTO, and help define how AI agents are designed, deployed, and iterated in production.Role summaryYou'll be a senior, hands-on engineer responsible for building scalable backend systems and deploying applied AI capabilities (LLMs, agentic workflows, voice + messaging).
