We have a new opportunity for a driven and motived Hire Controller to join our successful and team based in Dublin.
In this role you will be: Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the branch-based logistics team to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Supporting the field sales representative to maintain and build profitable relationships with customers.
Working with the workshop team to ensure plant and vehicles are prepared as required to meet customer expectations.
Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented, filed, and are traceable as required.
Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing, cost management etc.
Work effectively and in partnership with the branch-based management, sales and operational functions.
