The Role
This Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is a forward thinking and highly regarded firm. The successful candidate will work on a broad and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse client base on complex contentious matters.
The team is led by 2 experienced Partners covering a wide range of commercial disputes. The firm has achieved some of the highest growth in Ireland over the last several years, with no signs of slowing.
The recent addition of a senior member to the team has enhanced the Disputes team’s capabilities, creating more progression opportunities.
You will be involved in:
Advising on contractual and commercial disputes.
Defending casualty, professional negligence, and Directors’ & Officers’ insurance claims.
Handling landlord and tenant litigation.
Acting on judicial review proceedings.
Managing employment injunctions and related disputes.
Advising on shareholder disputes, including minority oppression claims.
The Person
4–8 years’ PQE in Litigation
A strong technical background and proven experience managing contentious matters.
Excellent drafting skills and keen attention to detail.
The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Commercial acumen and a practical, solutions focused approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives.
