Job Title: Architectural Technical Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the growth and development of our company. This role will be based in our Head Office in Cork and involve working on a range of small and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers during design development to ensure services support systems comply with regulations.
* Perform preliminary designs, design checks, and temporary works design.
* Coordinate services installation, e.g., placing AHUs or other large plant on roofs over atriums.
The successful candidate will have experience developing secondary steel design for MEP services and working in structural steelwork, prefabrication, modularisation, or services. They will also possess sound mathematical and IT skills and be familiar with design packages and load capacity data sources.
