Strategic Contract Management Lead
The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role in the centralized management and operational governance of vendor management office and distribution-related contracts. This strategic position ensures contract terms are effectively executed, monitored, and continuously improved in alignment with supply chain strategy, legal compliance standards, and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Vendor Management and Distributor Management offshore teams
* Collaborate with key internal teams including GBS, Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.
* Ensure contract strategies align with broader business objectives
* Oversee full lifecycle of vendor and distribution contracts, including initiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination processes
* Coordinate cross-functional resolution in collaboration with legal, procurement, logistics, and finance teams
* Identify and escalate risk associated with vendor and distributor engagements, ensuring business continuity and adherence to SLAs
* Lead quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders to drive accountability and performance of Vendors and Distributors
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in contract management in a legal firm, logistics operations, or supply chain governance, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment
* Strong understanding of contract structures, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements in distribution or logistics
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or other contract management systems is a plus
