Quality Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to lead our food safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP programs
* Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to uphold quality standards
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions for non-conformances
* Prepare for and lead audits, ensuring all corrective actions are effectively implemented
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in food manufacturing QA/QC
* Degree in Food Science or related discipline
* BRC & Grocery Retail Food Standard experience (essential)
* HACCP, internal auditing certification (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards, supplier assurance & auditing
* Proficiency in MS Office (SAP experience a plus)
