Join Our EHS Graduate Programme

Kerry's Environment, Health & Safety Graduate Programme is a 2-year, permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured programme including rotational placements across different teams and functions.

The programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career. You'll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. With structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe, this programme will help you rise to the challenge of delivering sustainable nutrition to over 2 billion people.

As an EHS professional, you'll be exposed to a variety of responsibilities, including conducting audits and inspections on environmental and safety systems, supporting EHS managers in promoting a Safety First, Quality Always culture, building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business, and contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental protection efforts.

We're looking for ambitious graduates bursting with innovative solutions to real-world problems. If you're an agile, collaborative team player with a passion for the food industry, a degree in Food Technology, Health Safety and Environment, Sustainability, Science or another related field, and are fluent in English and ideally speak a second European language, we want to hear from you.

This role is perfect for those who are strategic and solution-oriented, bringing energy and enthusiasm to support our dynamic business.
