Kerry's Environment, Health & Safety Graduate Programme is a 2-year, permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured programme including rotational placements across different teams and functions.

As an EHS professional, you'll be exposed to a variety of responsibilities, including conducting audits and inspections on environmental and safety systems, supporting EHS managers in promoting a Safety First, Quality Always culture, building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business, and contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental protection efforts.
We're looking for ambitious graduates bursting with innovative solutions to real-world problems. If you're an agile, collaborative team player with a passion for the food industry, a degree in Food Technology, Health Safety and Environment, Sustainability, Science or another related field, and are fluent in English and ideally speak a second European language, we want to hear from you.
