At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting a Customer Contracts Team Lead on behalf of our client in the energy sector.
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to lead a team responsible for managing customer contracts and stakeholder engagement across the electricity sector.

What you'll do:
1. Lead a high-performing team delivering customer and stakeholder support.
2. Oversee contract management, customer agreements, and related processes.
3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior industry leaders.
4. Drive improvements in customer experience and engagement.
5. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful outcomes.
What we're looking for:
6. Relevant degree with at least 10 years' experience in a regulated environment (energy sector experience is a plus).
7. Strong knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of the power industry.
8. Proven experience leading customer or stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
9. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
10. Passion for innovation and delivering results through collaboration.
