Senior Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our projects.
Your primary mission is to conduct your work in a safe manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest Health and Safety standards.
* You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and project-specific protocols, guaranteeing that setting-out information is relevant and accessible on site.
* You will also develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and design teams.
* In addition, you will review detailed designs, critique, and communicate with designers to ensure adequate design is available for construction.
* You will coordinate the development of design from designer's details to approved workshop drawings or technical information from subcontractors.
* Other key responsibilities include managing subcontractors/general workforce on site, planning works in an efficient manner to ensure program targets are achieved, ordering and controlling materials on site, and maintaining site records and records of discussions/meetings with designers and subcontractors.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A third-level degree in Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a site engineer.
* Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm, or similar.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, etc.
