We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our international recruitment efforts. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring alignment with their values, vision, and talent needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consultancy, with experience in managerial roles. They will be able to build and lead remote teams, deliver recruitment projects across regions, and possess strong client management and persuasive communication skills.

Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is an asset. The successful candidate will also have a solid command of CRM/ATS systems and knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and platforms.

This is a performance-based compensation role, designed for someone with a proven track record in international executive search, commercial acumen, and team leadership. You will work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team passionate about redefining how companies grow their teams across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and expand client relationships
* Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery
* Support the development of the team through training, mentorship, and best practice sharing
* Act as a strategic advisor to clients and an ambassador of the organization in industry forums

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consultancy in managerial roles
* Strong background in international or multicultural environments (startups and scaleups preferred)
* Ability to build and lead remote teams and deliver recruitment projects across regions

This is a contractor/freelance position with 100% performance-based compensation, designed for someone with a proven background in international executive search, commercial acumen, and team leadership.

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader, you will guide and mentor our recruiters and talent partners, manage long-term client relationships, and act as a strategic partner to founders and business leaders.

You will help us shape and improve our internal tools and processes to scale with purpose, drive improvements in ATS/CRM systems, define KPIs, and implement agile recruitment frameworks.

You will work remotely and lead talent initiatives across multiple regions, sectors, and functions, collaborating with our marketing team on employer branding and visibility strategies, and innovating in talent sourcing, applying automation tools, Boolean logic, and AI-based platforms.

Salary Structure:

* Earnings based on the type and quality of clients acquired
* Commission for direct placements (approximately 30–40% of the candidates' annual salaries)
* Commission for placements made through clients you bring in but are managed by others (approximately 5–10% of the candidates' annual salaries)
