About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our MICE and corporate business strategy. As Sales Director MICE & Corporate, you will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing key relationships, and promoting our five-star resort as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek and develop MICE & corporate business opportunities.
* Drive direct sales through corporate partnerships and event agencies.
* Organise promotional initiatives and roadshows.
* Conduct site visits, sales calls, and post-event follow-ups.
* Maximise revenues through upselling and detailed booking management.
* Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure flawless delivery.
* Represent the resort at key events and maintain a professional brand image.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proactive, target-driven approach to sales.
* Proven hotel sales experience, ideally in the MICE and corporate sectors.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
* A keen market awareness with an eye on competitor activity and industry trends.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
* The ability to thrive independently and within a high-performing team.
