We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Engineering Technician
to join our talented team in Dublin

Your Role
Responsibilities
As the
Engineering Technician
you will complete all maintenance activities as required at the Dublin site. The key responsibilities of the position include:

* Completing all site maintenance activities within Fill and Pack, Bulk and Utilities teams.
* Performing machine changeovers, diagnose, and repair breakdowns.
* Completing CMMS duties including work order generation, planning, scheduling, and record-keeping.
* Supporting the operations teams to meet production schedules and reduce downtime.
* Maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance (PMs) and accurate documentation.
* Adhering to SOPs, GMP, GEP, and safety standards at all times.
* Assisting in developing technical training and deliver training to colleagues.
* Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects to optimise equipment effectiveness.
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve equipment or materials issues.
* Operating computer-based systems (e.g., BMS, ePAS4, MyDoc, WinCC, FTview).
* Maintaining spare parts stock and required tools.
* Participating in shift handover meetings to ensure smooth operations.
* Fostering a "Right First Time" approach to maintenance and documentation.
* Completing all required GMP documentation accurately and on time.

Please note: This role is based on-site and includes 24/5 shift working, so flexibility is required.
Your Qualification
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

* You must have completed an industry apprenticeship and have gained experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of GMP and experience working within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Certificates in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation) are desirable.
* Knowledge of industry practices, procedures, and regulated manufacturing environments.
* Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and computer-based control/monitoring platforms.
* Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
* High attention to detail with recognition of the importance of accurate, compliant records.
* Flexibility and adaptability to support multiple maintenance areas.
* Competent in documentation practices and technical reporting.
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and training delivery is advantageous.
