Role: Door Automation Technician

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a drivenDoor Automation Technician to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedAutomatic Door Technician to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Your new role includes:
* The repair, service and installation of door automation and access control systems to clients across the public and private sectors
* Attending to callouts as and when required and have a flexible approach to working hours / area
* Recommending appropriate upgrades / repair work and advise the office of the requirements
Experience you need:
* 3 years' previous experience as a Door Service Engineer / Technician
* Working knowledge of various manufacturers automatic door products
* Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and plans.
* A basic understanding of access control equipment – training will be given
* Hold a current or previously have held ADSA door safety accreditation and hold current Safe pass and Manual Handling certs
* Hold a current full clean driving license
* Consideration will be given to time served Electricians, Security Installation Engineers, Lift Engineers, etc – full training will be given
