Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a market‑leading, award‑winning provider of cash management, cards and trade solutions to financial institutions, public sector and corporate clients worldwide. With a global network spanning 90+ countries, TTS delivers integrated reporting and management and continuously develops new products and services to meet evolving treasury requirements.
What you'll do
This senior network leadership role requires collaboration across TTS functional partners, branches, Global Payments product teams and external partners such as agent banks and Financial Market Infrastructures (FMI). You will piece together coherent, well‑integrated network solutions, evaluate and engage partners to augment TTS's core network offerings, and drive the commercialization of network capability.
Responsibilities
* Formulate and refine the global agent bank network governance: update guidelines, administrate reviews, and maintain operational procedures.
* Oversee Agent Bank Diligence: ensure thorough checks are performed on all agent banks, domestic and cross‑border.
* Identify Network Optimization and Cost Savings: find opportunities to reduce expenses related to domestic and cross‑border payments.
* Assist with Agent Bank Issues: help product managers resolve problems with agent bank service levels.
* Draft Client Communications: support product managers in creating updates for clients.
* Enhance Governance for Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI): ensure oversight for all domestic payment FMIs, supporting the existing FMI lead.
* Manage Agent Bank Agreements: keep Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts with agent banks current.
* Validate Inter‑Company Service Agreements (ICSAs): confirm agreements with branches accurately reflect provided services and collaborate with relevant departments to fix discrepancies.
* Drive Service Excellence: ensure all entities in the network provide excellent service and implement improvements when needed.
* Lead Agent Bank Changes: evaluate alternatives, potentially manage RFPs, and assist product managers with transitions.
* Serve as senior subject‑matter expert on Network Solutions to sales and client management throughout the end‑to‑end sales process.
What we'll need from you
* Significant experience in relevant banking roles.
* Experience in decision management, data science, analytics, or finance.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
* 3rd‑party partner engagement experience across multiple geographies.
* Knowledge of 3rd‑party service level management and legal aspects.
* Strong understanding of AML and compliance risk.
* Knowledge of risk dynamics and partnership responsibilities.
* Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
* Commercial business discipline experience and understanding of payment and receivables operating models.
* Track record of results delivery and execution focus.
* Research, analytical, and presentation skills.
* High level knowledge of banking and local regulations.
* Bachelor's or University degree; master's preferred.
