Job Description:
As a key player in our Customer Service department, you will be instrumental in supporting the team's administrative tasks and streamlining business processes. Your role will involve coordinating travel bookings for the customer service team, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
You will also be responsible for tracking and managing employee attendance records, preparing and distributing regular reports, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the customer service team.
Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and aim to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
* NFQ level 5 office administration qualification or suitable work experience in a similar role
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Prior experience in a customer-focused environment is an advantage
* Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP or Infor, is also advantageous
