The Role
This is an opportunity to join the Dublin office of an International law firm, within its
Corporate & Commercial
practice.
The team advises a broad client base on company law, commercial contracts, and transactional matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network.
The role offers exposure to cross border work, strong partner support, and the chance to further develop your technical and commercial expertise within a collaborative and growing practice.
You will be involved in:
Advising clients on Irish company law and a broad range of commercial and contract law matters.
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transactional documentation.
Leading and managing legal due diligence exercises on corporate transactions.
Supporting and running transaction processes from instruction through to completion.
Negotiating contractual terms and advising on risk allocation and commercial outcomes.
Working directly with clients and collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
This role suits a solicitor who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working within an international, client-facing environment.
The Person
To be successful, you will bring:
3–5 years' PQE
with strong experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
Qualification to practise in Ireland.
Solid technical knowledge of Irish company, commercial, and contract law.
Experience managing due diligence processes and supporting corporate transactions.
Strong drafting skills, with a high standard of written work and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
Confidence working directly with clients and contributing within a collaborative team.
Strong organisational skills, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent academic credentials and prior experience in a similar role within an established commercial firm.
