Executive Recruiter - Sales - FMCG - focusing on Food & Beverages and Retail
Are you a recent Graduate about to embark on a new career and are you passionate about Retail? Well this could be the role for you, working for a Luxury Retail Brand located in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
This is an entry level role and only requires 6 month's experience along with a recent Degree.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner, ensuring a personalised shopping experience tailored to their needs.
2. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company products, including features, benefits, and care instructions, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
3. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and fostering customer loyalty.
4. Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and ensure product displays are inviting and aligned with company guidelines.
5. Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring product availability.
6. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits through follow-up and exceptional service.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment and share best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
8. Organising and attending Events and Company Functions.
What Skills You Need for this Luxury Retail Sales Consultant Job
1. Previous experience in luxury retail and achieving sales targets is desirable.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
3. A polished and professional appearance that reflects the company’s luxury image.
4. Flexibility to attend company events.
5. A genuine interest in luxury retail and the ability to convey this passion to customers.
6. Must be living within commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.
7. Must have Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport.
What’s on Offer
Salary is 30-60k depending on experience along with Pension scheme, Health care, 26 days Annual Leave and Bonus structure if targets are met.
