* Fluent German language and comfortable with business level English language.
* 2+ years in a B2B sales or similar technical background.
* Hold a degree or equivalent relevant experience, knowledge of/within chemicals/ chemical engineering/sciences is beneficial.
The ideal candidate takes a consultative selling approach, builds strong relationships and takes accountability for management of accounts. He/she must be able to negotiate confidently, problem solve and communicate effectively across different channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develops existing relationships with customers, gains a thorough understanding of their operation and seeks to grow sales account through trust.
2. Develops sound industry and market knowledge, consults with customers providing genuine information, solutions and insights.
3. Responds to incoming queries and identifies new growth opportunities.
