Job Title: Cryptography Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Cryptography Leader to drive our enterprise-wide cryptographic strategy, with a focus on key and certificate management.
Job Description:
This role is critical to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data across our global operations. The successful candidate will oversee cryptographic governance, lifecycle management, and compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide cryptographic strategy, focusing on key and certificate lifecycle management.
* Define and enforce cryptographic standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
* Oversee the management of cryptographic assets, including keys, certificates, and HSMs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure implementation of cryptographic controls.
* Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for cryptographic operations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit and regulatory engagements.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information protection, with a focus on cryptography.
* Proven leadership in managing large-scale cryptographic programs across complex environments.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their cryptographic requirements.
* Experience with cloud-native cryptographic services.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
