Our client, one of Ireland's leading homebuilders, is seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site Supervisor for their residential project in Galway. The Role
* Monitor and ensure quality of M&E installations across residential projects through all build stages
* Supervise M&E subcontractors onsite with site teams to maintain quality standards and meet project schedules
* Coordinate with design teams and utility providers to manage service connections, diversions, and technical requirements
* Support post-completion and aftercare activities, troubleshooting M&E issues and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
* M&E background with Trades or Degree qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in a similar M&E role
* Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
* Deadline focused
