Bank Teller Job Role
The Bank Teller plays a vital role in contributing to the effective running of the branch. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, this position is accountable for executing administrative and operational tasks that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by positioning the bank as the leading financial provider in the local community.
* Foster strong relationships with members, adding value and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
* Process various transactions at the counter, including foreign exchange, with high accuracy and efficiency.
* Compile reports at regular intervals and perform reconciliations as required, ensuring seamless operations.
* Maintain daily till/foreign exchange till balances in accordance with established policies.
Requirements:
* Possess QFA certification or be committed to pursuing same.
* Demonstrate a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve collective results.
* Proven experience in providing high-quality service to customers/members.
* Showcase ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions with members of the public.
* Exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm towards delivering exceptional service provision.
