Project Leadership and Delivery
* Lead the development and delivery of various Engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on project progress, highlighting any challenges encountered.
* Address technical problems by gathering information, conducting research and analysis, recommending solutions, creating detailed plans, evaluating components, materials, and suppliers, developing specifications and safety protocols, assessing new technologies and overseeing their implementation.
Drive project team performance by effectively communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing outstanding issues and action items, contributing to team meetings and reports.
Work in tandem with multiple sites to expedite project implementation while minimizing disruption to operations.
Source parts, liaise with suppliers, follow up on part deliveries, and oversee the prompt processing of incoming parts upon receipt.
Support engineering budgeting and cost assessment activities.
