**Electrical Contracts Manager Position**
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to lead our commercial projects in the Dublin area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of project strategy and delivery, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee site management, coordination, planning, and specification of business proposals, as well as coordination of subcontractors.
* Take ownership of delivering Electrical projects on time, within quality and budget constraints.
* Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analysis to define design requirements, equipment, and services needed.
* Coordinate electrical design and ensure it meets project requirements.
* Review project scope and manage schedules and budgets effectively.
* Drive improvement through continuous review and analysis.
* Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
* Ensure contracts are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the Electrical sector.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
* Able to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
* Project Management experience from design phase through implementation and operation.
* Experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labour contracts.
* Able to read and accurately interpret contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.
