Location: Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork

Salary: Up to €65k

Role responsibilities:
* Promote safe working practices and ensure full implementation of company HSE policies and procedures on site.
* Conduct regular site HSE inspections, reporting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
* Ensure all required HSE documentation and project HSE plans meet company and legal standards.
* Lead accident and incident investigations, providing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
* Deliver HSE training, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with current HSE legislation.
You will need:
* A relevant qualification in Health and Safety
* 3+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role on construction projects
* The ability to work on large-scale, high headcount construction sites
