Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales efforts throughout the region, focusing on dairy and beef producers.
* Build and maintain direct relationships with farmers and industry players.
* Drive revenue growth by developing new business, expanding current accounts, and consistently meeting targets.
You will be responsible for delivering tailored feed solutions to customers, educating them on the value proposition of our products, and representing the business at agricultural trade shows and local events.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of on-farm feed sales experience in the dairy or beef sectors.
* Proven track record of independent sales success and territory growth.
* Solid understanding of animal nutrition, feed products, and agricultural sales cycles.
