Senior Sous Chef Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
This pivotal role will support the Head Chef, overseeing food preparation and cooking to ensure dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of kitchen operations, ensuring seamless food production.
* Leading a team to achieve exceptional culinary results.
* Maintenance of high-quality food safety and hygiene standards.
* Implementation of efficient kitchen processes and workflows.
* Collaboration with the Head Chef to drive menu innovation and development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef is essential for this role.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment is required.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
* Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Package on Offer:
* A competitive salary between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
