Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support sales activity across a portfolio of pharmacy accounts throughout the country.This position will focus on managing and growing a designated group of pharmacy customers, strengthening customer engagement, increasing account penetration and ensuring timely and consistent follow-up. Working in close partnership with the external sales team, the successful candidate will contribute to broader commercial objectives while maintaining ownership of their own account activity.The role also involves regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to support sales initiatives and deliver a high standard of customer service. This is a full-time, office-based position.This role will continue to evolve as internal systems and processes are refined. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating within a structured environment while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving ways of working.Key Responsibilities:Conduct proactive outbound sales activity to a defined portfolio of pharmacy accounts, with inbound queries handled as a secondary element of the rolePromote and sell products in line with commercial priorities and agreed performance targetsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customers via telephone and emailWork closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, customer service, and operationsKeep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actionsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re‑engage customersSupport the rollout of sales campaigns and other commercial initiativesSkills & Experience:Experience in a sales, account management or customer‑facing rolePrevious telesales experience would be an advantageExcellent communication and relationship‑building skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamCommercially aware with a proactive, target‑driven mindsetGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePointExperience within the pharmacy, healthcare or regulated sectors is beneficial but not essentialAdditional Information:Full training and onboarding support will be providedStrong written and spoken English is essentialOur client is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplaceApplicants must have the legal right to work within the EU at the time of application
